BAO KA LIAO ANNUAL PASSES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass'. Use of Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions: 

 

Bao Ka Liao Annual Passes General Terms & Conditions


  1. There are four tiers of Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass (“Annual Pass”): Silver, Gold, Platinum and Signature.
  2. Once the Annual Pass is purchased, the 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass' is non-refundable. 
  3. The 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass' is non-transferable and non-assignable to any third parties; all the benefits of the 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass' are meant for the cardholder only.
  4. The 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass' Holder may not apply for or hold more than one valid 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass' of any tier at the same time. Loud Speaker Family Karaoke may decline to issue or revoke any Annual Pass if the identity of the annual pass holder cannot be verified by one.
  5. The 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass' Holder is limited to utilize maximum 1 card per selected day only with 1 entry (maximum of 3 hours).
  6. As Loud Speaker Family Karaoke outlets’ normal operation time is 11 AM - 3 AM, thus for the check-in per day will refer to operation time, which indicates annual pass holder can check-in once from 11 AM - 3 AM on selected dates based on the calendar.
  7. The 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass' Holder must present identification card and annual pass upon check-in for verification purpose. Loud Speaker Family Karaoke may refuse admission to Loud Speaker if the identity of the Annual Pass holder cannot be verified. 
  8. The number of access dates may be vary based on the purchased date, available days stated in the calendar just as reference numbers.
  9. The 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass' holder cannot use Annual Pass with Big Mouth card or any Big Mouth promotions at the same time.
  10. The 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass' is subject to applicable block-out dates. The 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass' does not guarantee Loud Speaker admission, especially during high attendance period.
  11. Annual Pass Holder shall immediately report to the Customer Relationship Management Department: customerservice@loudspeaker.my for any theft or loss of the membership card to prevent the card from being misused by any fraudulent parties. 
  12. The Annual Pass contains private and confidential information. If found, kindly return to any Loud Speaker Family Karaoke outlets.
  13. The process of applying the Annual Pass may involve the collection of the data and information about the applicant in the purpose of membership registering and the Company services monitoring and improving. Kindly read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how Loud Speaker Family Karaoke collect use and disclose personally identifiable information from members. 
  14. The tier of the annual pass will be printed on the front of the annual pass, and this may or may not be the same colour as the card. If the printed tier is different from the colour of the annual pass, the printed tier shall govern the holder’s entitlement. In such event, Loud Speaker Family Karaoke reserves the right to withdraw the annual pass and replace it with another one without such discrepancy. 
  15. Loud Speaker Family Karaoke reserves the right at any time to revoke and/or retain the annual pass, or suspend the benefits associated with the annual pass, without refund or compensation if in its sole judgement any of the following circumstances aris
  16. Loud Speaker Family Karaoke reserves the rights to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  17. Any validity extension provided for the 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass' will be based on certain condition only.
  18. Loud Speaker reserves the right to modify the calendar of Annual Pass and change the number of access dates, without prior notice and without refund or compensation.
  19. Loud Speaker Family Karaoke reserves the rights of final decision in case of disputes.
  20. Should found in breach of any Terms and Conditions as stated herein, Loud Speaker Family Karaoke reserves the right to terminate the membership at any time without prior notice or liability. 

Bao Ka Liao Annual Passes Benefits Terms & Conditions

  1. The 'Bao Ka Liao Annual Pass' holder must present his/her Annual Pass and identification card at the time of redemption of the Annual Pass benefits. Loud Speaker Family Karaoke may refuse redemption of the Annual Pass benefits if in Loud Speaker Family Karaoke’s determination of the identity of the Member cannot be verified.
  2. All the benefits of the Annual Passes are only applied to the holder who registered under the Annual Pass and non-transferable to any third parties. 
  3. Loud Speaker Family Karaoke reserves the right to determine or change the availability and the benefit limits without prior notice. 
  4. Loud Speaker Family Karaoke reserves the right to change the Term and Conditions applicable to the benefits or to terminate or suspend the availability of any benefit without prior notice. Use of the Annual Pass constitutes acceptance of such change. 

Bao Ka Liao Annual Passes Sales Terms & Conditions

  1. Annual Pass holder must be 12 years old or above 
  2. Annual Pass is available for sale at the Main Entrance of Loud Speaker Family Karaoke outlets. Annual Pass cannot be upgraded and is valid for one year from the issue date. 

Bao Ka Liao Annual Passes Replacement Terms & Conditions

  1. A handling fee determined by Loud Speaker Family Karaoke will be charged for the replacement of Annual Pass due to loss, theft, damage or upon holder’s request. The last day of the validity period of the replaced Annual Pass will be the same as that of the original Annual Pass. The holder must collect the new Annual Pass in person and present identification card for verification during replacement process.

Bao Ka Liao 唱K年票的一般条款与条规

  1. Bao Ka Liao 唱K年票（“年票”）分为四个等级：银、金、白金和至尊级。
  2. 购买年票后，年票不可退还。
  3. 年票不可转让且不可转让给任何第三方；年票的所有优惠仅适用于持卡人。
  4. 年票持有人不得同时申请或持有其他任何级别的年票。如果年票持有人的身份无法被一个人核实，大嘴叭可能会拒绝发行或撤销任何年票。
  5. 持年票者每天最多仅能入场一次并使用持有的其中一张卡（最多3个小时）。
  6. 由于大嘴叭正常营业时间为11AM-3AM，因此每天报到是指营业时间，这表示年票持有人可以根据日历在选定日期的11AM-3AM使用一次。
  7. 持年票者在办理入住手续时必须出示身份证和年票以进行验证。如果无法验证持年票者的身份，大嘴叭有权拒绝该持年票者入场。
  8. 访问日期的数量可能会根据购买的日期而有所不同，日历中列出的可用天数仅作为参考。
  9. 持年票者不能同时使用Big Mouth会员卡或任何有关Big Mouth会员的促销。
  10. 年票受适用的指定日期限制。年票不能保证通行大嘴叭的免费入场，尤其是在人流量高的时期。
  11. 若发现年票被盗或丢失，持年票者应立即向客服部门报告：customerservice@loudspeaker.my，以防止该卡被任何欺诈方滥用。
  12. 年票包含私人和机密信息。如果找到，请返还给大嘴叭分店。
  13. 年票的申请过程可能涉及收集有关申请人的数据和信息，以进行会员注册以及公司服务的监控和改进。请仔细阅读《隐私政策》，以了解大嘴叭如何收集使用信息并披露会员的个人身份信息。
  14. 年票的等级将打印在年票的正面，该颜色可能与卡的颜色相同或不同。如果印刷等级与年票的颜色不同，则以印刷等级为准。在这种情况下，大嘴叭保留权利以撤回年票并补办另一张无此差异的年票。
  15. 大嘴叭保留随时取消和/或保留年票或中止与年票相关的权益的权利，如果单凭以下任何一种情况，恕不退款或赔偿。
  16. 大嘴叭保留更改条款和条件的权利，恕不另行通知。
  17. Bao Ka Liao 唱K年票（“年票”）提供的任何有效期延长将仅基于特定条件。
  18. 大嘴叭保留修改年年票日历和更改访问日期数量的权利，恕不另行通知，且不予退款或赔偿。
  19. 如有任何争议，大嘴叭保留最终决定权。
  20. 如果发现违反本文所述的任何条款与条规，大嘴叭保留随时终止会员资格的权利，恕不另行通知或承担责任。


Bao Ka Liao 唱K年票优惠条款与条规

  1. 持年票者在兑换年票福利时必须出示其年票和身份证。如果大嘴叭无法确定会员的身份，大嘴叭有权拒绝兑现年票优惠。
  2. 年票的所有优惠仅适用于在年票下注册者且不可转让给任何第三方。
  3. 大嘴叭保留确定或更改可用性和利益限制的权利，恕不另行通知。
  4. 大嘴叭保留更改适用于该福利的条款和条件或终止或暂停提供任何福利的权利，恕不另行通知。使用年票即表示您接受此类更改。


Bao Ka Liao 唱K年票销售条款与条规

  1. 持年票者必须年满12岁。
  2. 年票将在大嘴叭所有分店的柜台出售。年票不能升级，有效期将会是从购买日算起的一年时间。


Bao Ka Liao 唱K年票补办条款与条规

  1. 因遗失，被盗，损坏或应持卡人的要求补办年票，大嘴叭将收取指定的手续费。补办的年票的有效期将与原始年票的有效期相同。持年票者必须亲自领取新的年票，并出示身份证以便在补办过程中进行验证。
